Thoroughly clean all fruits and vegetable in a wash tank. In a second tank, thoroughly mix 5 oz. of this product with up to 200 gallons of water to make a sanitizing solution. Drain wash tank. Submerge fruits or vegetables for 2 minutes in the second tank containing the recirculating sanitization solution. Spray rinse vegetables with the sanitizing solution
